Waiting For SALARY...!!!

As we born our parents start dreaming for our career, that my child will became doctor, engineer etc.

But we become a simple employee in a Company and all our parents dream would be the dream forever because we spent all our life in just scoring passing marks and then get a simple job. And still we proud like we are the only one which have a Job.

Let's start the Topic, the topic of job in an IT Company

IT Company provides an open platform where any one can get a job either he/she is from IT field or from any other field. It's good but why every domestic IT Company make all the rules in their own favor. Why you people do not understand that an employee who get 10,000 or below, how can he/she manage their survival for a month and you people still expected from them to survive for more than a month in same money.

The person who works for an IT company have to wait for a salary which they earn after sitting continuously 9 or 10 hours for a complete month. IT Company, no no Domestic IT Company which have a copyright to suck the blood of their employee.

Hey Boss, we want to become self-independent and want to stand on our own feet that's why we are doing job, but you people forced us to beg our parents. Why you do not understand that if at the end we have to beg then why we need to do job.
